Notas sobre las IDE de Suecia


La IDE nacional de Suecia se basa en la Swedish Geodata Strategy. Dicha estrategia fue solicitada por el gobierno sueco en el año 2006 a la Lantmäteriet (organismo público de cartografía, catastro y registro de la propiedad) y al Geodatarad (consejo consultivo de geodatos) compuesto por 12 organismos públicos. La estrategia se publicó en marzo del año 2007 con una perspectiva de desarrollo de 10 años.

La estrategia se concibió como una guía o base común, que tiene por objetivo ofrecer orientación en cuanto a las indicaciones geográficas a todos los interesados del sector público, privado y usuarios, además de satisfacer sus demandas, generar recursos y mayores beneficios a través de la utilización de datos geográficos. En 2009 se presentó la arquitectura del modelo de cooperación, que incluía los acuerdos en cuanto a modelos de licencias, financiación y necesidades cliente/proveedor. También se presentó la primera versión del geoportal nacional y la propuesta del perfil de metadatos de Suecia.

El organismo responsable de la coordinación de la IDE nacional conocida como Infraestructura Nacional de Geodatos es la Lantmäteriet, organismo que desempeña esta misión en colaboración con el Geodatarad.

El geoportal de referencia a nivel nacional es el Geodata Portal, cuenta con el catálogo nacional de metadatos y da acceso a los conjuntos de datos y servicios de localización (135), visualización (46) y descarga (35) de 16 organismos públicos. La mayoría de los contenidos están en sueco y un porcentaje reducido en inglés. Para acceder a los servicios del geoportal es necesario registrase como usuario.

La Lantmäteriet es también el organismo responsable de la implementación de la Directiva INSPIRE, la cual fue transpuesta con la Ley de Información Espacial (SFS 2010:1767) que tiene como objetivo establecer la infraestructura que facilita el acceso y el intercambio digital de datos geográficos, y la Ordenanza sobre la Información Espacial (SFS 2010:1770) que presenta a las autoridades con responsabilidad sobre la información.

En el Seguimiento INSPIRE 2010 Suecia informó 170 conjuntos de datos y 32 servicios, en el seguimiento de 2011 informó 181 conjuntos de datos y 53 servicios.

The Swedish NSDI is based on the Swedish Geodata Strategy. This strategy was requested by the Swedish government in 2006 to Lantmäteriet (Swedish mapping, cadastre and land registration authorithy) and Geodatarad (Geodata Advisory Council) composed of 12 government agencies. The strategy was published in March 2007 with a development perspective of 10 years.
The strategy was designed as a guide or common base, which is intended to provide guidance on geographical indications to all stakeholders in the public and private sectors and users, in addition to meet their demands, resources and generate higher profits through the use of geographic data. In 2009, it was presented the architecture of the cooperation model, which included agreements on licensing models, financing needs and client / provider. There was also the first version of the national geo-portal and the proposed metadata profile of Sweden.
